This tahini sauce goes well with your falafel, falafel wrap, fresh and roasted vegetables, flatbread or toasted pita wedges or as salad dressing. A go to sauce for most of your Middle Eastern dish!

tahini

lemon juice

garlic powder or fresh garlic clove, crushed

Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except water. Mix well until well blended and free from lumps.
Add a little bit of water at a time and whisk until the mixture is thoroughly combined. Add more water according to the desired consistency.
Adjust if necessary, if you like more tang, add lemon or salt for more overall flavor.
Serve with falafel, falafel wrap, fresh and roasted vegetables, flatbread or toasted pita wedges or as salad dressing.
