Easy and creamy mango smoothie recipe made with mangoes, banana, yogurt and milk. A refreshing summer drink that is ready in 5 minutes.

  • glass and straw

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced fresh or frozen mangoes
  • 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Greek or plain yogurt , dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ - ⅓ cup milk , dairy or non-dairy
  • 3-5 pieces ice cubes optional (if you want a cold smoothie)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined. If you're using frozen mango, you may need to press down the mixture with your tamper to ensure it’s evenly mixed.
  • Transfer smoothie into a tall glass, add a straw, and slurp up this creamy, sweet, wonderful smoothie (and try not to get brain freeze).
