Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

This Greek salad dressing is healthy, delicious, and easy to make. Ready in 5 minutes, it is excellent to drizzle over a Greek or green salad, mixed into a pasta salad, or used as a marinade!

Equipment

  • mixing bowl and wire whisk
  • tall glass container with a lid or food processor alternative

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the olive oil.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly as you pour until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Serve as dressing to Greek salad, or drizzle over roasted vegetables or used as a marinade.
