Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

This Greek salad dressing is healthy, delicious, and easy to make. Ready in 5 minutes, it is excellent to drizzle over a Greek or green salad, mixed into a pasta salad, or used as a marinade!

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 large garlic, finely minced ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the olive oil.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly as you pour until the dressing is emulsified.
Serve as dressing to Greek salad, or drizzle over roasted vegetables or used as a marinade.
