Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Recipe

This homemade buttermilk ranch dressing is delicious over salads or pizzas. Made with buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise with fresh herbs, it’ll definitely have a place in your refrigerator every week.

⅔ cup buttermilk ½ cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped 1 clove fresh garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
If using dried herb, use ½ teaspoons each (instead of 1 tablespoon).
Reduce the buttermilk to ½ cup to make a ranch dip.
Good for 1 week in the fridge.
Add jalapeno, cayenne pepper or sriracha to spice things up!
Buttermilk substitute: 1 cup of milk + 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar
